YouTube Sponsorship Rates Calculator

A YouTube sponsorship is usually priced as average views / 1,000 x a CPM. At 25,000 views and the $10 to $40 integration range Seed uses, that is roughly $250 to $1,000. Enter your own numbers below.

Calculator

Enter the channel's recent average views and choose a format. The calculator multiplies views per thousand by a CPM range you can switch or overwrite, then optionally adds a usage-rights uplift.

Frequently asked questions

What are typical YouTube sponsorship rates?

The common starting formula is average views divided by 1,000, times a CPM. Influencer Marketing Hub says sponsorship CPMs frequently fall between $15 and $30, while Seed's working ranges are $10 to $40 for an integration and $20 to $80 for a dedicated video. At 25,000 views that is roughly $250 to $1,000 for an integration.

How do you calculate a YouTube sponsorship price?

Multiply the channel's recent average views per video by 1,000-view blocks, then by a CPM. For example, 50,000 views at a $20 CPM is 50 x $20, or $1,000. Add a usage-rights uplift if the brand will reuse the video as an ad, and adjust for niche, format and how many videos are in the deal.

Is a dedicated video worth more than an integration?

Yes, but sources disagree on how much. Influencer Marketing Hub says dedicated videos typically command higher rates without giving a multiplier. Seed's working ranges put dedicated CPMs at $20 to $80 against $10 to $40 for an integration, so roughly double. Treat any single multiplier as a negotiating anchor, not a rule.

Which views should I use: average, median or latest?

Use a recent average or median across several long-form videos, not your best performer and not a single latest upload. One viral video inflates an average, so many creators quote from the median of their last handful of videos. Enter the number you would be comfortable guaranteeing; the sponsor is paying for expected views.

Do YouTube Shorts follow the same rates?

Not with these CPMs. The ranges on this page are for long-form integrations and dedicated videos, and we did not find a verified, citable Shorts CPM, so none is built in. If you price Shorts, use the Custom CPM option and enter the range from your own past deals or the brand's brief.

Methodology and sources

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Price per video = average views / 1,000 x CPM x (1 + usage uplift). The low end uses the low CPM and low uplift; the high end uses the high CPM and high uplift. Total = price per video x number of videos.

Published sources disagree on CPM levels and on the dedicated-video premium, which is why the CPM is selectable. Niche, audience country, exclusivity and multi-video discounts all move real quotes and are not modelled. Not financial advice.
