Privacy Policy

Seed (“the App”) is operated by the app developer and is provided to merchants via the Shopify platform. This page explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

Data we collect

When a merchant installs the App, we collect the Shopify store domain and access token necessary to create draft orders and read products. When a creator submits a gift form, we collect their name, email address, shipping address, and product selections. This data is stored securely and used solely to fulfill the gift order on behalf of the merchant.

Data sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., storing data in our database provider).

Data retention

Merchant data is retained while the App is installed. Upon uninstallation, session data is deleted. Order data may be retained for 90 days after uninstall for merchant records.
