A good gifting message says who you are, names one specific thing you like about their content, offers the product with no obligation, and asks one easy question. This generator builds that message for Instagram, TikTok or email, in seven languages.
Pick a channel, tone and language, then fill in your details. The message updates as you type and the link in your address bar keeps your settings, so you can share it. The example details are placeholders; replace them.

Hi Maya!
I'm Sam from Acme Skin, and I've been enjoying your skincare posts. We'd love to send you Glow Serum, completely free.
No strings attached. Post only if you genuinely like it. If you do share it, please say clearly that it was a gift. Would you like me to send a link where you can pick what you like and add your address?
Thanks so much, Sam
The generator follows the same five parts each time. If you write your own, check it against this table. For a fuller pack with variants by creator size, see our DM script pack.

Follow-up templates
Most creators receive many pitches, so one polite follow-up is reasonable. Two is plenty. After that, move on. Timing is your call; the "when" notes are suggestions, not benchmarks.
Gentle nudge, no reply yet
DM or email. A few days to a week after the first message (your call).
Hi [Name], just floating this back up in case it got buried. We'd still love to send you [Product], free and with no obligation. If it's not for you, no worries at all.
Final follow-up, closing the loop
DM or email. One last message after the nudge. Then stop.
Hi [Name], I'll close this out so I don't clutter your inbox. The offer of [Product] is open if you change your mind. Thanks for your time, and keep up the great [niche] content.
Shipped but not posted yet
DM or email. The gift has arrived and you want to check in without pressure.
Hi [Name], your [Product] should have arrived by now. Did it get to you OK? No pressure to post. I'd just like to know it landed, and I'm happy to answer any questions about it.
Keep it short and specific. Say who you are, mention one real thing you liked in their content, offer the product or collaboration clearly, say whether posting is expected, and ask one easy question. Send it to the channel they prefer, usually the business email in their bio or a DM.
Should I DM or email influencers?
Use whichever the creator signals. If their bio lists a business email, email is the safer choice for larger accounts. For smaller creators, a DM is often more natural. A short DM can lead into a longer email once they reply. Never mass-send identical messages; personalise at least the first line.
How long should an influencer outreach message be?
As short as it can be while still covering who you are, what you are offering and what you are asking. In practice that is a handful of sentences for a DM and a few short paragraphs for an email. There is no magic number; read it on your phone and cut anything that does not help.
Should I ask the creator to disclose a gifted product?
It is good practice to say that any post should make the gift clear. In the US, the FTC says people who receive free products or other perks should disclose that relationship in the endorsement itself, using plain wording. Check the rules in each country you work in; this is not legal advice.
Does this tool use AI or send my message anywhere?
No. The message is assembled in your browser from hand-written sentence templates plus the details you type. There is no AI model, no account and no server call. The non-English versions are written by hand but not checked by a native speaker for every niche, so give them a quick read before sending.
Methodology and sources
Last updated: October 29, 2026
The generator is a fixed template builder. For each language and tone we wrote one greeting, introduction, offer, request, optional "no obligation" line, optional disclosure line and sign-off. Your inputs are slotted into those sentences. The same inputs always give the same message. There is no AI model and no network request.
The ten templates and three follow-ups are our own wording. They are not tied to any measured reply rate.
The sample name, brand and product are placeholders. Replace them.
Disclosure: the US FTC says that people who receive free products should disclose that relationship clearly in the post itself. Read the FTC's Disclosures 101 for Social Media Influencers. Other countries have their own rules. This page is not legal advice.
Platform rules apply to your outreach. Check each platform's terms before sending messages at volume.
Who made this. Built by the team behind Seed, a Shopify app that sends free product to creators. This page uses fixed rules and templates that run in your browser: no AI model, no account, and nothing you type is sent to our servers. Spot a mistake? Email sam@seedinfluencers.com.
