Partnership idea: Maya Calder x Acme Skincare

Body

Hi Acme Skincare team, I'm Maya Calder (@maya.calder), I make clean beauty and skincare content for 28K Instagram followers, 4.2% engagement. my audience is mostly people rebuilding a sensitive-skin routine from scratch, which lines up closely with what you make. I'd love to do a collab: you send me the Vitamin-C Serum, and I create honest content around it for my audience. No fee on my end, just the product. I only post if I genuinely like it, so there's no risk to you either way. If that sounds good, happy to send over my media kit and rate card. Let me know what works. Loved the Vitamin-C Serum, open to a collab?

Body

Hi Acme Skincare team, I'm Maya Calder (@maya.calder), a clean beauty and skincare creator with 28K Instagram followers, 4.2% engagement. I've actually used the Vitamin-C Serum myself before reaching out, not sponsored, just a genuine fan, and my audience is mostly people rebuilding a sensitive-skin routine from scratch, which lines up closely with what you make. I'd love to make that official: send me a piece to feature and I'll create content built around it for my audience. No fee on my end, just the product. I only post if I genuinely like it, so there's no risk to you either way. I can send over my media kit and rate card if that's useful, just say the word. Maya Calder maya.calder@email.com

Following up — Maya Calder x Acme Skincare

Body

Hi again, Following up on my note about a potential collab between Acme Skincare and my page (@maya.calder). No worries if the timing's off, just wanted to bump this up in case it got buried. Quick recap: I'm a clean beauty and skincare creator with 28K Instagram followers, 4.2% engagement, and I think the Vitamin-C Serum would be a natural fit for my audience because my audience is mostly people rebuilding a sensitive-skin routine from scratch, which lines up closely with what you make. No fee on my end, just the product. I only post if I genuinely like it, so there's no risk to you either way. Happy to send my media kit or adjust the ask if something else works better on your end. Frequently asked questions

Is this PR pitch email generator free?

Yes. It runs in your browser, no signup or email required, and you can copy any of the three emails as many times as you like.

Does this use AI to write my email?

No. The three emails come from fixed templates that fill in the details you type. There's no AI call, and nothing you type is sent anywhere, it all stays in this browser tab.

What's the difference between the cold, warm, and follow-up templates?

Cold is for a brand you've had no contact with. Warm is for a brand whose product you already use or have engaged with online, it opens with that context. Follow-up is for bumping a pitch you already sent and haven't heard back on.

Should I ask for payment or just free product?

That depends on your size and the brand's budget. Pick "gift only" if you're open to a no-fee collab, "gift plus fee" if you want product and a posting fee, or "paid" if you want to lead with a paid ask. The generated email adjusts the closing line either way.

How long should a PR pitch email be?

Short. These templates run four to six sentences on purpose. A brand scanning dozens of pitches a week reads the first two lines and decides whether to keep going.

When should I send the follow-up?

About five to seven business days after the first email, if you haven't heard back. One follow-up is normal. A second one rarely changes the outcome.

Should I attach my media kit?

Yes, if you have one. Mentioning it in the email (as these templates do) and attaching a PDF makes it easy for the brand to say yes without a back-and-forth. Build one free with our media kit generator.

What if I don't have follower or engagement numbers to put in the audience field?

Use what you do have, for example your niche and how long you've been posting. A specific, honest description beats a vague one even without a big number attached.

Can I edit the generated email before sending it?

Yes, it's plain text. Copy it into your email client and adjust anything, tone, specific product names, or details about the brand that make it feel less templated.

Who should I send the pitch to at the brand?

Look for a PR, influencer, or marketing contact, often listed on the brand's website or in their Instagram bio. If you can't find a named contact, the general info or support inbox will usually forward it internally.
