One thing about those numbers needs care. The page loads showing the annual prices, $199 and $499. When you flip the toggle to monthly, the page's own script adds $100 to each, which gives $299 and $599. The FAQ says the same thing: annual billing "saves you $100/month" on Essentials and Performance. Write-ups that call $199 and $499 the "monthly" price, including some of ours from earlier this year, are reading the annual rate.

## What every plan has, and what the caps are

Modash says every plan has the same core features and the price rises with usage. The listed core covers a search engine over 380M+ creator profiles on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube (creators with 1K+ followers), a creator CRM, content tracking, an inbox that connects to Gmail or Outlook, and a Shopify integration. The caps are what you pay for.

An "opened profile" is each time you open a creator's full analytics, audience data and content performance. An email unlock is each time you reveal a creator's contact email. Tracked creators is how many you can watch in campaigns at once. Limits reset each billing cycle. Essentials also lists 3,000 "influential fans" a month and Performance 6,000.

Our arithmetic on cost per opened profile, using the annual rate: Essentials is $199 divided by 300, about $0.66. Performance is $499 divided by 800, about $0.62. Per email unlock it is about $1.33 on Essentials ($199 divided by 150) and about $1.25 on Performance ($499 divided by 400). On monthly billing the same math gives about $1.00 and $0.75 per profile.

## What changes at Performance and Enterprise

Performance adds Payments and Affiliate management, each free up to $10,000 a year in payouts (the limit is shared), then a 5% fee on the amount above it. The FAQ also says affiliate management is on Performance Annual and Enterprise. Enterprise is for campaigns above 250 creators and adds a custom link domain and a success manager, with 0% payout fees up to $100,000 a year in the first tier.

## Trial, commitment and extra fees

- Trial: 14 days, no credit card, limited to 20 profile views, 6 email unlocks and 10 tracked creators.
- Commitment: the page says there is no full-year commitment. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time. Monthly plans cancel at once. Annual plans run to the end of the prepaid term.
- Fees: no setup or onboarding fees. The only extra is the 5% payout fee above the free limit.
- Data: kept 90 days after you cancel, then deleted. Export first.

## Modash and gifting

Modash's pricing page lists a Shopify integration with product gifting, sales tracking and discount codes, included free in the plan. That matters if you already pay for Modash, because you may not need a separate gifting app. We have not tested how Modash's gifting works, so we will not compare it line by line.
